General

Do you operate all the time?
Our business hours are 8:00am — 5:00pm GMT (4:00am — 1:00pm EST), Monday through Friday. However, we accept orders and inquiries 24 hours a day and will complete weekend projects to meet deadlines.
Do you send out projects for outsourcing?
No, we complete all work ourselves.
Do you build fully functional websites?
Yes, we can build fully functional websites. Please contact us for more information about your project to get a custom quote.
Where is your headquarters?
We are incorporated in the United States, while our development offices are in Europe.
If I use your services, will it be publicly known?
No. We protect all confidentiality and have an NDA policy. We do appreciate referrals if you are happy with our services.
Can you do design, Action Script, or Flash work?
Not currently. If you have flash files, we can put them into the markup or insert the flash objects as placeholder images.

Workflow

What format of design files do you need?
We usually slice from layered PSD, PNG, or AI files. If you have designs in another format, we will work with you individually to see if they work. Multiple layers in files are best for the quality of sliced images.
If I need my site re-sliced, what type of files should I send?
You can send us the site files that are used to display your site, such as html, css, script files, images, etc. You can also send screenshots of how you want your pages to look.
What should I write in the comments section?
Any relevant information such as design descriptions, markup requirements, deadlines, and any other details regarding the coding process should be included in the comments section. Please include specific requirements, otherwise we will use our standard coding: SEO optimization, cross browser compatibility, and logical structuring. If we have any questions about the project - we will ask them in the client area after looking through your design files and comments.
What is the process after I submit my order? When will I get my XHTML?
We will thoroughly read through your order requirements and examine your design files. We will give you a deadline and contact you immediately if there are any delays.
If I am not satisfied, can I get a refund?
We strive to make our customers happy. If you found inconsistences in the markup, we will issue a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
Can I give you design files that are not layered?
We will surely try to work with flat images like JPEG, PDF, or others. Obviously, layered images are sometimes required. Flat files do have restrictions, but we can look at what you have and go from there.
What other types of files might be helpful?
Screenshots of the pages at large resolutions if you want a flexible page width; font files; a spec sheet detailing your websites function if the website will be implemented into Wordpress, Joomla, or other CMS.
I have a tight deadline!
We are very fast, and will work with you on urgent deadlines.
What if I see something that needs to be fixed in the final product?
Please let us know any time, we appreciate your feedback. We will make sure that fixes are done ASAP.
Do you provide search engine optimization and website promotion?
We do not include keywords or do link building. We do, however, make SEO friendly markup with tags for search engines.

Payment

Do you require upfront payment?
We do require upfront payment. For multiple page orders, however, you pay upfront for the first page. After you review the XHTML/CSS for the first completed page and approve it, you can submit payment for the rest of the pages. If you are unsure about the price of the total project, you do not have to complete the payment step. We can look through your designs and project parameters and will send it to you in the client area. We are also willing to establish a B2B relationship with our customers, please let us know if you'd like more details.
Do you have discounts for returning customers?
Yes, we believe in rewarding loyalty. For customers who submit orders for more than $1000 per month, will receive a 10% discount for the next month. We also create special discounts for customers who wish to establish a long term business relationship.
Will you give me a quote and ETA before I pay?
Absolutely. Our professionals will give you advice about your pages and give you a payment quote and delivery time.
What if I have problems with my payment?
All of our paid and unpaid orders are reviewed by our team. If you payment does not go through for some reason, we will send you a payment link in the client area.
What about inner pages?
We offer a 50% discount on inner pages, even if you send them later.

Technical

What browsers do you support?
Our markup is compatible with these platforms: Internet Explorer 7+, Google Chrome, Safrari 4+, Mozila Firefox 3.6+, and Opera 11+. We can work with older browsers as well, just be sure to note that in your comments section.
Can you embed Flash files?
Yes, we use JavaScript to embed Flash files on pages. However, Flash files are not SEO friendly, so if you send us Flash description, we can add it to the code for crawlers or users with Flash disabled.
Can you offer swfIR implementation?
Yes, if you specify on your order notes.
Tell me about Relative Font Sizes.
Using this option will allow the text sizes to be changed in IE and other browsers. We will set font sizes in % or ems and see that the layout doesn't change with different font sizes.
Can you do Microformats?
Yes, we add microformats when they are appropriate. We can incorporate Reltag, GEO, Adr, hCard, Vote Links, and many others.
Can my design be integrated into CMS?
Yes, we do implementation into Drupal, Joomla, and Wordpress. If you require other CMS, please contact us for more information.
What will be included with the price of CMS Implementation?
We include only default functionality. If the templates require plugins or extra coding, we will let you know immediately and work out quote for extra coding if you choose to include it.
What do I get with CMS Implementation?

We can install the CMS theme on your server with FTP access, your URL, and access to your admin panel. If you prefer, we can send you the Drupal, Joomla, or Wordpress theme in a zip archive with instructions for installation.

Note: we can only implement the pages we have created. We cannot guarantee that pages with different templates will be styled.

Do you use CSS Frameworks?
We can, but we prefer not to. We believe creating the code from scratch is best for each individual design. We can use frameworks upon request, such as 960gs, Yahoo Grids, or Blueprint. Please let us know if frameworks are required upon order submission.
